The first set of videos is based on PDSA — “Plan › Do › Study › Act” — a straightforward, time-efficient way to create lasting change. Each video is only a few minutes long, and is linked to a more detailed set of resources in the Toolkit, which includes tips, helpful forms and recommendations to boost the efficiency and impact of your work.
Immediately below that series is another 4-part series dealing specifically with auditing your vending machines.
This first video is about how to plan, which in this case is focused on how to choose an existing committee or recruit a new one, plan and run an effective meeting and develop a solid action plan from there. Training Video step 1
This second video is about how to do: how to turn your good plans into solid actions. It leads you through the implementation phase and links you to many other helpful resources in the Toolkit. Training Video step 2
This third video is about how to study: which focuses on how to review how your actions have gone so far, so you can figure out where to go next. This helps you make sure each of your actions has maximum impact. Training Video step 3
This fourth video is about how to act: how to efficiently improve on your plan to make it even more of a success. Training Video step 4
