- Make the Healthy Choice the Easy Choice brochure: this is aimed at public employees and industry representatives who are helping to build or maintain the program. It’s a good starter piece for people who don’t know much about Stay Active Eat Healthy. Download the PDF in the box to the right. Note, there are two versions:
SAEH Brochure Desktop is for downloading and printing on your office printer. SAEH Brochure Pro is for sending to a professional printer.
- Stay Active Eat Healthy fact sheet: you can use this to provide general information to staff or the public about the health benefits of staying active and eating healthy. We’ve made this a Word document, so you can add local information if you wish to. Download the Word document in the box to the right.
- Stay Active Eat Healthy Q&A: Again, this is something you would want to hand out just to your employees, industry representatives or others within the recreation field. It takes you through some of the basic questions about why this program is important and how to get involved. Here, too, we’ve made this a Word document so you can add, edit or delete questions and answers to customize it to your facility. Download the Word document in the box to the right.
- The Stay Active Eat Healthy letterhead (NOTE: download this from the box at top right): This can be downloaded in Word format and used for communications in support of your healthy choice facility activities.
